What is the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy is a regulated mental health service provided by licensed professionals who diagnose and treat mental health conditions, support healing from trauma, and help address emotional or psychological disorders. Coaching, on the other hand, is not a clinical service and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, coaching focuses on personal and professional growth, goal-setting, accountability, and building skills to help clients move forward in their lives.

I am licensed to provide therapy to folks within the state of Colorado, and am able to work with those out of state for coaching services.
