Step One: Fill out the form below with questions, or jump right in and schedule a free consultation call to see if we are a good fit. I encourage every person I work with to interview me - don't be afraid to ask the hard questions!

Step Two: Complete intake paperwork before your first appointment, which will be sent via email.

Step Three: Let's Jump in!
Our first one or two appointments will be spent focused on getting to know each other and setting goals. From there, we will meet weekly or bi-weekly and check in regularly on progress.
